Good place to shop, all goods are high grade and worth the money. The staff are all lovely and helpful whenever you go in. It's a nice place. The stay in café is a nice place to sit and relax after the shopping.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. My first choice when I do my weekly shop. Parking is a bit tricky for the bigger car but is limited to time. I think about 2 1/2 hrs max. Plenty of time to shop and even get a bite to eat in the rest area. Self checkout is the easiest option.

Strange place, despite employing a small army of staff they are incapable of staffing checkouts or keeping it tidy. I usually like waitrose but I would give this one a miss. Deli counter is ok. Excellent wine section. Don't bother with the bakery, nip to asda across the road.

When I shop at Waitrose I must admit the store always looks very clean and inviting. Hats of to the cleaners that work there, there isnt many stores like that.

This is the worst Waitrose I have ever shopped in. I've seen out of date food on the shelves several times & you generally only get 1 or 2 days (at most) on the produce. I raised this with them & was sent a £10 voucher...laughable! better off going to Sainsbury's down the road.
