Very happy! Went with my partner and we were both very nervous about buying a new car. We were looked after by David Walls who was excellent with us even added a bit of humour and made us feel relaxed. It was a smooth process and we are delighted with the car.
Very impressive. Sold my car after an offer online which was more than expected. From going through the front door to having the money in my bank took approximately 30 minutes. No reduction from the initial quote I expected them to try and find all sorts of faults to lower this offer....they paid the exact amount without any questions. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to sell their car without all the problems of selling privately
We arrived at Burnley site early before they opened but no problem. We were greeted with a smile and directed to the cafe for free drinks. We had obtained 4 online valuations for our car and Motorpoint’s offer was over £3000 more than the lowest. After the car being checked and taken for a test drive Ben went through the sale with us and we received the full offer price. How lovely not to have to haggle or accept a lower offer. The money was in our bank account by the time we got home 40 minutes later. We would certainly use Motorpoint again.
I sold my vehicle and purchased a second-hand vehicle at motorpoint Burnley. All of the staff that I dealt with along the way were very professional and knowledgeable. There was no pushy sales tactics or trying to sell additional add-on items?. I walked away with the car I wanted at a price I was happy to pay. All in all a good experience and I would definitely recommend motorpoint Burnley to friends and family. It was by far the best car purchasing experience I have had to date.
I have had 2 good experiences with Motorpoint in the past but Tomas Dulskij was absolutely brilliant today with my third purchase. He was so helpful he made everything so easy and was very patient with all my questions aside from being very competent with his job his customer service was fantastic. IWhat a lovely person he was

Just finished buying our second car here in the last decade. Great selection of cars of every size, very attentive staff and an array of free drinks. My only add would be to give free WiFi... or kids came with us and when you're they're for a couple of hours this would help massively.
Brilliant, does what it says on the tin. Staff are brilliant and attentive, can't do enough to help. Thank you. Would highly recommend this motorpoint.
Thought these were a good company, but for the last few weeks I've been waiting for them to sort out the issue with tax on a part exchange. They told me they'd sort it promised to call back and guess what.... No contact at all, and because of all this recieved a debt letter from the tax office due to their awful admin. Will not be recommending these to anyone!!!
No one about to ask for help, was left to just wander around. It would have been extremely helpful if someone had been available to ask if they had what we were after. The place had plenty of other people wandering aimlessly as they looked for whatever it was they were after. Expensive prices, but all vehicles appeared to be a max of 3 year old so this was to be expected.... had I known this before I went in. Bought from another dealer in the end... one who came and asked if we needed anything when we went in. Don't take my word... go look for urselves. Lots of cars to choose from.
