Poor standard for executive villa. was advised that there would be full set of cutlery and kitchen utensils but they didn't even have a spatula or kitchen knife? I asked reception but apparently they don't have these? How are you meant to self cater? We were given a disabled bathroom shower. No bath tub in our executive villa. I felt this was misleading. Curtains had marks and tears in them and no blinds on balcony windows so outsides can see straight through. Overall not bad but it was definitely over advertised.

Amazing hotel/apartments. Relaxed bar on the ground floor. Super comfy big beds. Lovely bathroom with some very nice toiletries. Kitchen/dining area was great if you wanted to eat in. The staff were really helpful, they sorted out any problems straight away.

Great base for West London visit. Reasonably priced and more roomy than standard hotel. Kitchen was useful to save cost and prepare breakfast and snacks. Staff helpful and friendly. Train from South Ealing (15 mins walk) takes you straight to the West End. Lots of local pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed riverside walks and local museums.

Everyone we talked to was very nice, we were able to check in early in the morning which was a life saver after a long flight. It was a very managable distance between the airport and central London. The room was SO BIG compared to what I expect from hotels in/near large cities. It was clean and had a VERY comfortable bed, and very quiet even with being right next to the highway-we never heard any other guests or cars outside. The area was very safe as well, with good places to eat within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Each room is set up as an efficiency apartment. Very clean, great staff. Is a bit far from the metro however the bus is just outside.
