Stayed a night here with my wife, and my two children. Been here before and the room again was perfect. Nice size. The kids loved the electrically obscuring glass wall between the bathroom and sleeping area. The beds were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We also had time for a swim in the nice pool.

Served as a good base for London.  We managed to get free parking at the hotel.  The breakfast was good and set us all up for a busy day sightseeing.   The nearest underground station is about 20 minutes walk to bear this in mind.

Short overnight stay, but had room service supper which was really tasty and beautifully presented.  Managed to squeeze in a quick swim, and the facilities were excellent - clean and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely with attentive staff and seemed like nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the Breakfast Room is awesome with deep sofas and ceiling suspended chairs to lounge in as well as the dining tables. My room was comfortable and stylish and i loved the bathroom.  Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, nice bar, nice room. But.... The bed and pillows are awful.... How can you get it so wrong.
