Clean room, decent shower, very reasonably priced for London. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Convenient for Kew gardens 25 min walk
I booked this hotel for my family’s 9-day stay, but unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. Despite asking the reception multiple times, the room was cleaned only three times during their stay, and the bins were left unemptied for days. This lack of basic housekeeping was very disappointing and made their stay uncomfortable.nnWhile the reception staff were polite, they did not act on our requests, which was frustrating.nnI would not recommend staying here unless they address these issues. Cleanliness and guest comfort should always be a priority.
Brentford the high street. The canal. Some of the restaurants are good too like the Japanese place 2 steps from the hotel, or the Strand Thai restaurant or the incredibly fantastic Feather & Heart. With bus 65 you go to south ealing and to Kew gardens good to walk there and back too. Kew gardens marvellous. This hotel is quiet. Staff are very friendly. Location works well.
Friendly staff at check-in and comfortable room. Dropped a star as there was hair in the bath, yellow stain on bathroom wall. extra pillows not sealed in their packet. Dirty remote. The room didn't feel as clean as what I've come to expect when staying with Premier Inn as it wasn't up to their usual standard.
This is a tired hotel. Always problems with my room when I stay. Good job there are two lifts as most of the time only one is working.nThe bed is comfy though. I do sleep well here.
