I'm giving this hotel 1 star because the staff were nice.
The hotel itself is in a terrible condition.

I was here for 2 night because I had no choice.
Our block of flats had water contamination and the letting agency put us in this hotel while they wash the pipes.

Coming to the hotel it was very hard to find the reception, which is hidden, even after finding the right side entrance to the building.

Some of the corridors smell like urine, the floors are uneven, the heating doesn't work so there was a small radiator brought in.
Some of the cupboards were broken and so were some of the lights.
The bed was uncomfortable and the Internet didn't work for long enough to log in using the password I was given.

The letting agency also paid for us to have breakfast but the food was very disappointing (see pictures added).

I would stay away from this place if I had a choice.

Having first stayed there 20 yrs ago for work I was quite interested in doing the same 20 yrs later. How wrong could I have been. The place is disgraceful. I was lied to by reception when I inquired about the lack of heating as I was assured it had only just broken, and was being fixed the day after departure. It has apparently been broken for months. Awful rooms, awful decor, dreadful food which i didn't dare eat or drink after seeing the restaurant. Just don't do it. Stay anywhere but here. Left after my first night. It should be demolished...

It had a great place to stay there was a party friendly staff cat constantly topping up my food and drink they were very efficient at their work

Stayed her a couple of times before. Ideal location for the tube etc. Love this place. Staff so courteous & helpful

Hot water was iffy and rooms needed modernisation. The breakfast was very basic. Beds were comfortable though.
