This hotel is in a great location, really comfortable with the most friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble for the team here! Food is of a good quality here too. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, it is my favourite hotel in this area and I have become a regular here and wouldn’t want to change. Great job guys, keep it up!
We've had a fantastic stay here as a family! Nearest tube and a variety of restaurants are 5 minutes walk away. Many thanks for the team to make our stay absolutely great. Secure parking is great too, breakfast was outstanding. Definitely would stay here again!
Although the guest room is comparatively small, it is clean and tidy. The hotel is not located at the downtown of London, but it is close to 2 subway stations. The restaurant of the hotel is particularly recommended and the cuisine is delicious.
The room was small and a bit dark. their customer service was really great. And also their staffs in restaurant were nice. The breakfast is according to the level and star of hotel. They offer a lot of Nespresso Capsules, milk, water bottles, tea bags in the rooms every day. So you don’t need buy them with high price. I felt that respect to the clients and support them is as important as making money for them. So I recommend them
I absolutely loved my time in this hotel. Very nice and clean rooms, breakfast is great, a lot of options to choose from. Food in the restaurant is delicious and fresh. Staff is super friendly. The location is also nice, it's located in a quiet area in Ealing. Far from the city center, but Ealing is also a very nice place.
