Great hotel! Friendly and helpful welcome, smooth fast lift, lovely clean room and bathroom, amazing power shower! If you have long hair dont pack your hairdryer - use theirs it's perfect. Bed is soft but comfortable, pillows are lovely. Will definitely come back. Fortune cookie is a nice touch.

I’ve stayed here before, on my own, and the stay was excellent. I just stayed again, with my wife on our honeymoon and I wasn’t disappointed. The location is great, within a couple hundred meters of Ealing Broadway tube and rail station. There is a ton of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby so we were able to find places to eat with little to no problem. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and clean, and my wife was a big fan of the hot chocolate and shortbread cookies, which hotels back in the USA don’t offer. Next time we’re in London, we’ll stay here again.

Really nice place to stay. Good rooms, comfy beds and helpful staff. Serveral places to eat nearby and good access to the tube system.

It's not very often that I stay in a hotel but when I do, it's for a very specific reason. We spent 2 nights here at the hotel on the 5th floor, facing the street. You can obviously still hear the sound of the vehicles passing by but we live in London so noise is not an issue for us. The windows are double glazed but they are so thin that I wouldn't really classify it as double. There is no minibar in the room we were in which is not a problem. The carpet has, unfortunately, quite a lot of stains on them. You get the usual amenities in the bathroom and can be requested should you need more. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and more than willing to help you. Breakfast is your usual buffet selection, nothing special. However, the restaurant is very spacious. Overall, it was a good experience with very few niggles.
