A well located hotel in a nice area with nice clean rooms, a great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.nWe arrived early at the hotel a couple hours before check-in time and the lovely gentleman at reception kindley took our bags to the luggage room to store them for us until check-in was available.nTravelling as a family of four of two adults and two older teenagers meant we needed to book two rooms. We emailed the hotel shortly after booking, requesting that our rooms be close to each other. The hotel kindly our accepted our request and placed us in rooms directly opposite each other.nThe rooms are spacious and clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.nThe breakfasts here are great! Hot and plentiful with a nice cold section too cereal, pastries, yoghurt, fruit etc... The gentleman seating and hosting us at breakfast SHAREEF was especially nice! Really friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and that we knew if we needed anything else to just ask him.nOverall we've had a great experience at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.nMany thanks to all the staff that have made our stay most enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Ealing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, quiet, and had an extremely comfortable bed, which ensured a great night’s sleep.nnThe staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and nearby restaurants.nnOverall, this hotel offers great value for money and lives up to the high standards Premier Inn is known for. I would definitely recommend Premier Inn Ealing to anyone visiting London and would happily stay here again.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location is very convenient, which is one of the main reasons I chose it and why I will be staying again in the near future.nnHowever, I did experience an issue on the second night. When I tried to take a shower, there was no proper hot water. The water was only lukewarm and not warm enough, especially considering the cold weather. This was quite uncomfortable and unfortunately I felt unwell the following day.nnI understand that issues can occasionally happen, but access to reliable hot water is a very basic expectation for any hotel stay. I hope this was an isolated incident and that the hotel will look into it to ensure it does not happen again.nnAside from this issue, the location remains a strong point, and I hope for a smoother experience during my next visit.
Excellent clean premier plus room. Easy parking. Friendly helpful staff. Close to the tube station with good food and a nice restaurant and bar. We would stay again.nA star docked as I was never offered the code for the free ultimate WiFi which came with the premier plus room. When I asked for this the next morning the receptionist could not log on and asked me to go back an hour later. I didn’t bother as we were going out sightseeing.
Hotel is clean and in a good location. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet is not included but is fairly priced. Both Reception and Breakfast staff were very helpful. Staff member, Shareef, was super friendly and helped to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!
