I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at Primer inn. Although I was only there for one night, it was truly memorable.nnFrom the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from your staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the hospitality shown by your team set the tone for a lovely evening.nnThe room was not only beautifully decorated but also clean and comfortable, providing the perfect ambiance to unwind after a long day. I particularly enjoyed the features like the refrigerator, ironing and the ambient lights.nnAdditionally, the bar was delightful. I appreciated the variety and quality of options available. I would also like to give the credit to 2 staff members who were laxmi and Amrita.nnThank you once again for a delightful stay. I will definitely recommend primer in friends and family. I look forward to visiting again in the future!
Good location, 10 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway Station, and lots of eateries within walking distance. Very friendly and accommodating staff who cannot do enough for you. They go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable. They are an absolute credit. The only negative I have is that the WiFi is patchy at best. Would definitely stay there again if I'm staying in the area.
We stayed for 1 night, excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway station, good range of shops and restaurants. The room was spotless and as usual the beds very comfy.nLakshmi is THE MOST ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL member of staff I’ve ever known in any Premier Inn, or hotel.nMy daughter is gluten free, she brought freshly washed cutlery and had her breakfast specially cooked for her.nWe will definitely stay again. Thank you
Very impressed! Had a lovely cosy stay- everything extremely clean and well kept. The staff made it a particularly pleasant stay. They were all extremely polite , attentive and enthusiastic. I really appreciated all the effort they were putting in to make us comfortable. Will be back!
The Elizabeth Line has really made this part of London accessible and a good option. 10mins walk to Tube and approx 15mins to West End.nI stayed in one of the standard rooms for three nights.nI was informed of supply issues so not all breakfast items were available. I wasn't going to let that make me unhappy, but it tested my patience - No yogurt, no croissants, no orange juice. Plenty of cooked food and fruit, so didn't go hungry, just didn't get the choices I wanted.nThe room was awful. The gap between the window and frame meant I could watch Storm Darragh blow my curtains. The whistling around the frame became too much and it was easier just to open the window and whack the temperature up. Someone has made a poor attempt at sellotaping the window to create a seal, but as the window was open when I first entered the room, this bodge was next to pointless.nThe water temperature on Sunday morning was tepid at best. It made showering uncomfortable.nThe bed mattress was uncomfortable as too many people had sat on the side nearest the door meaning if you slept on that side you would have an uncomfortable night. Thankfully I was alone and could sleep in the middle of the bed.nHowever the hotel was cheap and the staff were friendly.nI love Premier Inn. Good value at a known level of quality, but when it allows hotels such as this one into its stable it risks damaging that brand. There are better hotels out there. Unless the price was compelling won't stay here again.
