Terrible! Please avoid. Stayed here 25-28 Sept for three nights and it was a very bad experience, the premier inn up the road is a lot better. First I was given an accessible room where the toilet was too high and no net curtains facing the main road. After complaining I was given another room. To my horror when I opened the door of that room, it was already occupied by someone else. After complaining again I then had to wait ages for another room. The room I eventually was given smelt really bad, the toilet kept blocking up and it was grubby. Never again!!!
This is a 3 star Travellodge hotel but ok if visiting London. Small basic rooms but comfortable and one of the less expensive London hotels. 10 minute walk to underground to get you to the west end of the city. Poor time limited WiFi to rooms. Numerous restaurants in the area. Good breakfasts. Pleasant staff at reception.
Great hotel and value for money. stayed only for two nights but had a very nice stay. i paid for early check in due to a concert and the man at reception got us into our room very quickly. we didn’t book for breakfast but a very nice man abdul got us in on our last day and the breakfast was very yummy £9.99 for an all you can eat essentially. will definitely use this hotel again. plus only a ten minute walk from broadway station / shopping centre.
My brother booked me in to this hotel when I arrived in the UK, so I stayed for 7 days.nI have to commend the staff who went out of their way to be helpful and supportive. I had a minor issue with a lady who services the rooms, which was dealt with professionally by her supervisor. The room was basic, location great for me, but the staff made the stay memorable.
Great twin room, very spacious with coffee machine and complementary chocolate!nNadia on the front desk has always been super helpful, she’s a super star
