-Poor management. -Take 10£ for Key Security and didn't return. wash room has no exhaust system, bad smell in room. -Heating system was not working, asked them for another heater. -Bath tub was leaked, water filled in the wash room, and they asked for 60£ to pay for water leakage. A girl was there at reception (during day time) and said to leave hotel if you'll not pay extra 60£ for water leakage. Later they didn't return my 10£ Key security. -They don't respect their customers. -NEVER GO THERE.

Odd hotel, good value but you wouldn't want to stay more than a couple of nights, rooms can be cold. Good breakfast, odd atmosphere. Good location if you drive, no real amenities within a fair walking distance

Great price/quality ratio. Good beds and nice 'English-breakfast'. Good location, nearby; Underground station, Wembley Stadium and a nice local pub.

A very clean and welcoming hotel, nothing is too much trouble, very accommodating for people with walking disabilities, free car parking for its customers and a very good hotel restaurant serving Nepalese food.
