Really friendly staff. Very simple room for what you are paying for. Everything clean and tidy but simple. Nowhere to sit comfortably and work. Great location. Elevator best used by loading your bags in, sending it to your floor and meeting it when it gets there! I had trouble adjusting the heat of the shower and the drains were slow flowing but otherwise a cheap hotel that does the job.
The price says it all really. You get what you pay for. The room was so dirty that we had to clean it again to spend the night there. It was so cramped too, we barely had enough space for our suitcases. We ended up checking out early and finding a cleaner hotel.Rooms: 1/5
Nice location, 10 min walk from Earl's court station and 5 min from a Tesco superstore. I didnt observe any cleanliness issues other recent reviewers commented on. The receptionist was v helpful. Rooms are a bit small but housekeeping promptService: 5/5
This is not the hotel we booked at, we were changed last minute with no choice as the place we booked was over subscribed. I cannot fault the staff who were so helpful however the room was not in a good state with mold down the side of the windows, in the bathroom and the light fixtures were all damaged. Not knowing the area I cannot comment on location. I wouldn't return as the hotel itself just looked sad, bleak and dirty! It's such a shame as I really wanted to start supporting local businesses instead of chain hotels but this experience has really put me off!
The hotel is very well located. The single room is well heated and cleaned every day. The best are the receptionists, very friendly and willing to help you with everything. Thank you very much, excellent experience!Rooms: 4/5

The room was dirty. The towels and the sheets were not changed, there was mould in the shower and in the ceiling. The bed was super uncomfortable and you could hear everything, people walking, talking even opening their room doors sometimes it even looked like someone was opening our door because you could hear it so well. Overall the place is very sketchy and would NOT recommend it to anyone
Did not feel comfortable at all. From the first step inside we felt sceptical as the hallway carpet looked incredibly dirty and the reception office looked chaotic. The gentleman who greeted us was very straight forward and polite when giving our keys. We booked a room for a double bed and it was very small which would have been fine if it wasn’t dirty and dusty. The outdated curtains and carpet made the room feel even more tight, making us feel claustrophobic. 20 minutes after arriving we felt it was best to find another hotel despite the room being non-refundable. It’s a real shame, we wasted our money.
Basic room for 4. Clean linen and towels. TV. Ideal for visiting the sights comfortable. Yes I would stay here againRooms: 4/5
