Went there today to buy ski wear for my daughters up coming school  ski trip. Excellent advice and great service from the two staff members their. Bought most of the items she will need. Going  back later on to buy the rest when more stock is in in a few weeks.

I went to the new one and it was really nice great selection of mostly their own brand jackets and clothing and the staff where really nice couldn't do enough to help lots of advice which was very helpful they know there stuff

The staff are very helpful. This shops has many good deals. I love the t-shirts and the rain jackets. They have nice fleeces there too.

My wife tried to return a pair of Boots which cost £69.99 after being sick with Covid and the Hemel Hempstead stores Saturday Duty Manager refused to refund her stating a 21 day return policy. We have spent hundreds of pounds on ski clothing over the years at this store and nobody has ever mentioned a 21 day return policy. The boots remain unused, brand new in their original packaging with tags. That is not customer service !

I initially visited Trespass to purchase some thermal socks and gloves in readiness for a trip to Norway.  Although I'm an adult I only have a size 2 shoe which goes with tiny hands.  I was directed, by the friendly staff,  to the children's section for the socks.  The smaller size gloves were also pointed out to me.  I was at the cash desk when I mentioned about being a bit nervous about slipping on the snow as I have a mobility issue.  The friendly salesman pointed out the boot grips which I found of interest.  I visited a few days later, with my husband, and was helped out by Matt.  He was very attentive and caring towards my medical issues, very patient whilst my husband popped the boot grips on for me and Matt offered some good worthwhile solutions and advice.  I am extremely grateful for his kindness towards me.  Brilliant service from an amazing young man!

The worst ever trespass shop in United Kingdom, I am a tourist here and I got their tent and it was the lowest quality tent which broke when used, and the customer service was the worst and they didn’t refunded or exchanged, and giving me unlogical reasons that I am heavy handed that’s why it’s snapped, as if they were video recording me at the Spot
