Would give it 5stars but the thing is. Primark has gotten expensive and there isn’t a lot for plus size people. Need more plus size friendly stuff.

Not such a good selection these days at Primark, feel they have less choice for men now.
What's the point of having a phone line if no one is ever going to answer it. We left a bag with some valuables and tried calling the store numerous times but never managed to get through.
Brilliant got more than I went in for at hemel branch so much choice
Visited this Hemel Hempstead branch today and the lack of ventilation of air in store was a BIG health and safety issue both for the employee's and to shoppers. I had to leave the store quicker than I would have liked because of the over whelmed amount of heat in the store. There was one stand alone air conditioning unit in the whole of the upstairs that only benefits someone who is standing next to it. This not acceptable by any means for the poor staff who spend long hours working in it and are afraid to speak up in fair of losing their jobs. Health & safety is everyone business and I will be making a complaint on behalf of other shoppers and employee's and if necessary I will take it further as the company are breaching the duty of health & Safety regulations within the work setting.
Nice store and not cramped like some. After trying 3 other Primarks finally found what we were looking for
