Visited the store last week to buy some gifts. As I was looking around, 2 young girls that they were working there , where the pyjama's are they were laughing about a toddler who was crying and pulling her mom in the store. Then another member of staff came around and asked why are you laughing ?? About the toddler?? And she started laughing as well. Totally disrespectful, childish unprofessional in front of me. I left straight away to do shopping somewhere else
Haven't been here for a while . Needed a new belt and £2.50 is a great price. Spotted a great quilted pocket bag £14. Seen very similar in M & S and Sainsburys costing way more so I'm happy. Thank you.
Usually clean and staff are generally very visible and available if you need anything. Changing rooms are spacious enough and clean. When the tills get busy they are good at bringing to get more staff on. Good range of most items home, kids and adult clothing and shoes, toiletries and make up from basic to more expensive and always sale items dotted around the store. I come here regularly for a lot of my basic home and clothing needs.
Love it here and the staff are really helpful when you need to ask something, or check If they have a size that's not on the shop floor. The female manager was so helpful to our query over the duvet sets too.
I always love coming to this store! The prices are so reasonable. Friendly staff, overall a great place to shop.
