We went in today and my husband was served by Kloe as he needed a watch battery. I was browsing the watches and Sue came to my assistance and I tried on a couple of Armani watches. My husband brought me one but it was too big & needed a few links taking out. This was no problem for Sue who took 2 links out but it was still too big so took a 3rd out. Being regular customers, Jodie very kindly gave us a discount. Every time we come in, we are always greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly staff. I highly recommend this jewellers. just like to thank the staff today at hemel hempstead for sorting out a problem for me regarding a tag formula 1 watch.both staff were great i was just about to take my custom elsewhere and mia saved the day well done and thank you both.
Helpful looked on internet to find offers on the same item in box sets. Adjust watch links, time etc... The boy is one happy chappy.
All of the lady's are so helpful and professional, they can't do enough for you I put this down to the very good training they have had from the store manager Jodie.
