Friendly atmosphere when you arrive with some good quality clothes and shoe ware, one suggestion would be better training on folding clothing at the till point and making your leaving experience more positive

Will never be using this store again! Went in to exchange two tops as didn't like the style, after explaining this to the manager he pointed out that one of the tops had a hole in it. I advised that i hadn't noticed and that the hole was in the exact same place as they put their security tags he became extremely rude and aggressive and accused me of "changing my story" I was shocked and said I hadn't changed anything I was returning the two unworn tops still with tags on as I didn't like the fact they were slim fit to which he then noticed one still had the security tag left on it from purchasing it and then accused me of stealing the top! After refusing to give me a refund or provide me with complaints information he told me to leave the shop and refused to help me. After telling him I just wanted complaints information he told me to get out of his shop and look online! I've never been thrown out of a shop in my life. I can honestly say this is the worst manager I have ever met and to think he is representing USC!

The staff are friendly and it's a clean and tidy shop. It didn't take long to get served at the till. But Its a small shop for a big town and it could do with upgrading to a bigger place as there's not much choice. Hence the missing star.

Don't do refunds any more with original receipt and card. Only exchange or credit notes. Apparently now the same theiving company as sports direct

Customer service was ok. Could have been slightly more friendly and approachable.

The staff is horrible. People who working in retail need to be nice with customers. Ridiculous.

Great for men's causal wear and very good prices
