The store would have and should have got 5 stars. But the cafe let it down. A long wait to be served and the coffee tasted like it was from a jar. Staff were helpful and friendly as usual but the guy making the drinks didn't seem to know what he was doing.

Good local M&S, has a good selection of clothing. Ok for a quick visit but if you want a better variety of items visit a bigger store. Great food hall with a good choice of foods.

Super store friendly efficient staff. Good choice of products. If you want to order from the online service in store always someone to help.

No wonder M&S are struggling. I don't mind paying over the odds if the service is good, but 1 till open in the food hall and not even the excuse of having self-service checkouts. 10 people for 1 checkout is shoddy.

Poor service today. No one at collections. So I wait in the queue and immediately get queue jumped. The assistant wouldn't then collect my order until the others were dealt with. My order is then presented in a box, no offer of a bag. No offer to help unpack. Very disappointed
