"Our Quiet Hour aims to create a calmer retail environment for autistic people by switching off the music, dimming lighting where possible and removing noisy demos. Quiet Hour runs for the first hour of opening. The Entertainer is one of the UKs largest toy retailers, currently operating over 170 stores. Our goal is to be the best loved Toy Shop, one child and one community at a time. Really love this shop as there is always great selection of items with 40,50,60% discount was made to feel very welcome by the manager luke and he was only to pleased to take he's time and sell us what we wanted.
Was not impressed, at this store, did not any of the items I wanted, tend to have just loads of stuff like lego,hot wheels, etc
An amazing toy shop with lots of toys for different age groups, the staff are friendly and always ready to help and the shop is closed Sundays still respecting its traditional Christian message
The shop is small, therefore they can only stock so many products, but they give a decent enough selection of what's currently popular and staff are always polite enough - so no real problems there. I know it may sound like 'sour grapes,' but I even went for a job there. It wasn't the fact I didn't get it, but more that they couldn't be bothered to send me an email/text/call saying I didn't, instead opting for simply not bothering contacting me at all - a bit unprofessional in my opinion.
The entertainer is a must every time i am in Marlowes with my son.
Remember to use your Marlows loyalty card. They always give you a little extra present. The kids love it
Love this quality you shop. Was sorry when it left Milton Keynes. Have to now go to Aylesbury or Birmingham. It reminds me of the old toy shops I visited as a kid some 40 years ago. I love it and my kids love it. And I'm hoping it will be around in ten years or more time for my grand kids to also love it. The staff are friendly and helpful in helping you find what your looking for.
Always great service with a smile, and all towards my child who was the customer.
What a fantastic place* staff are very friendly and helpful, always in a good mood* the prices are brilliant and the products are great quality! Brilliant for children to browse around with you too as the staff make it super friendly for them* my daughter loves climbing the child "stairs" to do "proper paying" when she has chosen her toy x
Love this shop only went in because my mate said they have always got sale's on Glad I did
