Today I came to pick up an item that my grandson had chosen for his Mum. I have always received good service but today you surpassed yourselves. Alyssa tried to find the item but after the search was unsuccessful she offered something very similar which was so important as my grandson has autism and would not understand if it was different. Alyssa is a credit to your company as she shows kindness, compassion and true customer service which is hard to find in today's society.
Went in with Grandson to buy his mum a present for her birthday, he only had so much to spent but the assistant was very kind and helpful and suggested a special necklace, pendent and charm. He was over the moon because it was within his budget and exactly what he was after. We came away very pleased. Thank you to that assistant for her patience and understanding. Love going into this shop for a mooch around.

As a Pandora fan I prefer shopping online, however I needed to go into the store for an exchange & the customer service was slim to none.

Unhelpful staff, speak like a robot as no idea what else to say apart from repeat themselves! Manger too lazy to come over and discuss instead went out the back office. All staff need more training all round! Went to the Aylesbury store and totally opposite with helpful staff, really friendly, both when purchasing and sorting the problem out. Manager was really friendly and dealt with the issue professionally and how it should have been dealt with in the first place! My ONE star is due to how I was dealt with and left feeling from the first store dealing with my issue. It turns out my daughter cannot wear Pandora metal as it reacts to her skin.
Very lovely young girl served us very friendly polite and helpful
Tia is very helpful and all the staff is very friendly. I applaude them.
