Stayed there for a work trip in London with my colleague. We both had double rooms, where mine was considerably smaller, no coffee machine (she had one). On the 2nd night, there was URINE leaking out the pipe in the wall in my colleagues room... fair enough they have us complimentary breakfast... but then we went down in the morning... rolls were stale, there were ants crawling in juice bottles, overcooked, stone cold eggs and not very nice staff. We hardly had any sleep due to sirens and London traffic... On the good side, guys on the reception, really helpful and apologetic. But for the price we paid, we would expect much better experience.

Very convenient location in the ❣ of the capital 🌃easy to get around ...I had a lovely experience at the hotel ,was very nice and quiet... bathroom was so clean so the room ... I really appreciate the warm welcome from the receptionists they were very professional and helpful ,in particular Mr Okba fantastic service he provided thanks again. So I liked the breakfast, I recommande this hotel with 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rooms were small and somewhat uncomfortable but had an overall sweet feeling. TV channel selection was somewhat varied.

Good location, fair rooms for fair prices, very basic continental style breakfast, pleasant helpful staff
