TK Maxx is a great place to find good deals and unique items. You can often discover really nice brands and products at reasonable prices, and there’s always a wide variety of collections to browse. However, the checkout experience can sometimes feel a bit unfriendly, as staff at the till may come across as slightly rude. Overall, it’s still a good place for bargain shopping if you don’t mind spending time looking through the options.
2025.11 Yet again the queues are poorly managed on a Saturday too, theres empty checkouts.nn2025.06 Great selection of clothing and good prices but time and again the queue to purchase is ridiculously long with only 1-2 staff operating tills. It seems to be the achilles heel at this shop.
The place was clean and everything is where it should be and easy to access but the only thing was downfall was their customer service was disappointed , the time I was there it was only one staff member was available in till or in payment desk the rest was empty, I was in queue with other customers and only staff member there was having a chat or friendly conversation with one of customers there and ignoring the others waiting in queue to pay and go and because of that I gave 2 stars because for me I don’t look if the store is fancy or everything you need you’ll find it there the most important thing is their customer service, so am I gonna visit at the same branch again,,,no I don’t think so .
I went shopping here today and the customer service from Fatima was amazing! I wanted a certain size in a jumper and she went to find it for me and even helped me with an issue I was having with a dress. Her patience and care really made me want to write her a review eventhough I usually don’t write reviews. I think she deserves to be recognised as one of the nicest employees I’ve had an interaction with. And so happy with my purchase
Bit like a jumble sale? You have to trawl through the clothes to find what you want. I have found some very good bargains and one offs, which makes it worthwhile. The home ware and cosmetic department is also good. Will go again.
