Fantastic service, always feel like a valued customer in this store. Staff always so knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. In particular Sharon and Jaz, they go above and beyond, some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend this store

Had a great experience with Razee, went b&q on friday and he was so patient with me when i was being indecisive. Came back on saturday and he helped me find a trolley which is really hard in that store, carried my flooring tiles and was very kind.nSuch a hardworking man with great customer service.
This branch is really big and has a lot of stock held. Big car park too as it’s located in a retail car park. About 90% of the tine they have what I need, and also hire vans out hourly for bulky items that need transported to your destination. The staff are lovely too and always willing to help.nnThey also have a self service machine that cuts keys, run by the famous key cutting and shoe repair shop, Timpson. In the shop they quoted a lot higher price than the machine quoted me. The machine does a third key for free, so I had 2 free keys as I needed 6 keys cut. On top of that I got a B&Q club 10% discount. The price at the shop was £72, while the machine did it for £25.20… massive difference in price £46.80 to be exact and had exact replica keys to the originals!
I recently visited B&Q Leyton and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the level of service I received. The staff members were extremely unfriendly and seemed disinterested in assisting customers. It's disheartening to see that they didn't recognize the importance of customer satisfaction in running a successful business.nnOne of the major issues I encountered was the difficulty in finding staff members when assistance was needed. Even when I managed to locate someone, they often seemed unwilling to help and lacked enthusiasm. For instance, when I asked for a specific product, they would only point me in the direction without offering any further assistance or guidance. This lack of proactive engagement made the shopping experience frustrating and unproductive.nnDuring my recent visit, I was excited to discover a new brand of paint available in-store. However, despite being impressed by the samples, I couldn't locate the specific pots I wanted. When I approached a staff member who was replenishing shelves and noticed he had the desired product on his cart, I was met with further disappointment. Instead of making an effort to assist me, he simply brushed off my inquiry without even checking the system or attempting to locate the items in question.nnOverall, my experience at B&Q Leyton left much to be desired. The lack of friendly and helpful staff members, combined with the challenges in finding assistance and locating products, made for a frustrating shopping experience. As a loyal customer, I believe it's essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and improve their service standards. I hope that B&Q Leyton takes this feedback into consideration and works towards enhancing the customer experience in the future.
