Visited B&Q mainly for the plants and was happy with the selection. There were plenty of options, and the plants looked healthy and well cared for. The garden section is easy to browse, and it’s a good place to visit if you’re looking for plants or gardening essentials.
I would like to commend the team for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. It’s rare to experience such genuine care and professionalism. Keep up the great work
I’ve had such a lovely experience at B&Q Leyton, and I feel I had to write another review because Raiqah deserves the recognition. This is the second time I’m writing about her, and honestly, she just keeps getting better.nShe was incredibly helpful and really knew her stuff. She even took the time to show me how the product looks on TikTok using my phone, which made such a difference and helped me decide straight away. That level of effort really stood out.nI went back again today 31/01/2026 and she was just as amazing friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. She’s one of those customer assistants you don’t forget because she makes the whole experience so easy and pleasant.nI’ve been to B&Q in Cricklewood and Tottenham, which honestly felt like ghost towns in comparison—either no staff around or no real help. But Leyton is completely different. The staff here actually care, and Raiqah is a perfect example of that.nShe’s an absolute credit to the store. Thank you, Raiqah, for being such a lovely and outstanding customer assistant!.nCharmaine x
This visit was a few weeks ago, but it definitely deserves a shout-out. Had a great experience in the showrooms at B&Q Leyton thanks to Ishrat, who was brilliant friendly, knowledgeable, and actually listened instead of doing the classic showroom waffle. Huge credit as well to Mamadi and Shaun for being genuinely helpful and good fun to deal with rare and impressive. The three of them clearly know their stuff and made the whole experience easy, relaxed, and even enjoyable who knew that was possible in a showroom? Top service, great team, and zero stress. Would happily go back which says a lot! THANK YOU TO B&Q LEYTON!!!
I went to get few of the items for my shop like paint,lights etc and Raiqa at the paint desk was absolutely amazing. The other staff I guess his name was Ali he guided me well though to find items however Raiqah for you 5/5 stars
