The sole of one of the boots I purchased seven months ago split around the circumference last night. Originally, as a result of my annoyance, I gave the store one star.

However, went to the store today to tell them what had happened and was blown away by how helpful the staff were. With no fuss, replacements have been ordered and I’ll be contacted when they arrive in store. Absolutely brilliant customer service.

I've worn DMs for over 35 years, from work shoes to stylish footwear my shoe collection always has a pair in the mix. 

Recently I added a pair of cherry red brogues purchased from the Stratford store. Wore them in and got them comfortable but due to a fault in the leather one of the eyelets started to tear. 

Whilst the initial email (with photos) to Dr. Martens customer contact centre proved frustrating, a trip to the store resolved my problems. Javi went out of his way to procure and despatch a new pair to me in very quick order. He even gave me a spare set of laces as a lovely surprise.

Thanks to the store Dr Martens receive a 5 star rating, however the customer contact centre needs to 'own' issues and be more helpful to their life long customers. Once again, Thanks Javi and the Westfield Stratford staff you have restored my faith in DMs!

The staff at Westfield are absolutely excellent!! The lady i spoke to on the phone was warm, polite & extremely helpful. When i went into the shop, both staff were all of the above!! I have no criticism's what so ever!! Thankyou very much Dr Martens!!

Excellent costumer service from helpful, knowledgeable staff who ordered my boots from the Birmingham store which i collected the very next day. Unbelievably good service
