I'm sure the owner is very good at his job, but he's not very good at dealing with modern Londoners. He wouldn't answer a straightforward question with a straightforward answer, I had to try and coax it out of him. In the end I got the impression he didn't want to do the job (I didn't get a straight answer!) so it was simpler to go to Timpson (lower floor, Westfield Stratford) where they did the job quickly and well.
