The only good thing that they have is the products which are of quality, but the services are too bad, they don’t listen to what you say, most of the times they don’t finish the job even when is to change a tyre, they are incompetent and for the price that you pay you can go to another place that’s going to be much cheaper and the service is going to be better. Just look how they changed my tyre

I needed an inner tube today at lunchtime I called at 1:55pm just before their lunchtime closure at 2pm… they guy I spoke to kindly allowed me to swing by whilst technically closed to collect to tube. Thought that was pretty fair and gentlemanly of the guy. Always seem very helpful, I’ve not had any bikes serviced there yet. But good vibes.

I service my self my bike and can’t say anything about their bike service. I do buy bike parts there and all I can say is they are very friendly and professional and reasonable prices. I go there with my old part and get the exact one. I highly recommend

I've just spent £86 on a bike service, only to leave the shop with my bike  in worse condition than when I bought it in. They didn't carry out the servicing correctly " your bike looked new that’s why we didn't test check the new chain once it was fitted" The front wheel wasn't locked back in position correctly. I didn’t ask for a refund after having my old chain refitted they would probably have got that wrong as well. I would not recommend anyone going to this "cowboy" bike shack outfit. I will not even mention there customers service. I was totally ignored for 10 minutes when I bought my bike back in after testing it out in the nearby park. My advice to anyone considering going to the "cowboy" bike shack  in leyton is to go anywhere but there.

When I lived in Leyton this place was great for fixing up my bike and getting equipment. More recently, I fell from my bike whilst close to the shop and Dave who works there helped me get cleaned up and fixed the bungie cord stuck in my wheel, without charge. Very nice thing to do, thanks!

I have always found Bike Shack really helpful. The staff are welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable. I was recently served by George who was great and helped me out with an issue and gave me some useful advice.

Great service, very friendly staff that can advise you all about bikes and which the best for you. Affordable prices and lots of variety considering such a small shop. Deeply highly recommended!

They fix something but in the meantime they break something. They have very slow service. Even small issues take ages. They always say same things they are under staff, busy etc. Even it is free I will never go there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great service for my bike.
