The place is literally located 2min from a big Asda, which makes it convenient to shop while reloading you grocery for the week. I collected a parcel and was quite happy with the service from staff. I am giving 4 stars as it didn't appear to have a big selection on the women's section.
Next was my first choice even before I came to the UK, but nowadays, I see fewer stocks in almost every department, and also, I was in shock when I came to know that the Westfield branch closed down. It was the most convenient store ever as it was in the heart of Stratford and all the connection to Stratford is very good
Please wash the sample shirts, they emit an awful smell and are not in any condition to touch human skin. I went to try on a few shirt sizes and all 3 absolutely stank. I went here to exchange a shirt, the lady at the till told me her manager might not let me exchange because I opened it, apparently sometimes you’re not allowed. Even though I folded it all back perfectly I once worked retail. Luckily I was allowed to exchange but to think some people are refused refunds because it’s open is unjust. How are you meant to know if it fits.nnAnother concern is the stock levels, they don’t have a full selection even though they’re a pretty big store with two floors. The staff aren’t that friendly, and don’t communicate well. The store could be very quite but the service is still slow and hard to find. I only visit here because of the convenience and easy parking. If you need to return or collect, this is the store. I don’t recommend coming here to browse.
Quite a small store but nicely done out. The assistant was very nice and helpful.
Located in a superb location, very easy and always available free parking! Sadly Always out of Stock or do not have enough sizes! All employees are unhelpful, they dont even bother to look into stock level, always will say, shall we order one.nThey will not try to help and even if you ask for help they will try to run away.nNot the service we deserve
