If I could give 0 zero star I would. This store has the most rudest staff, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was being served by a member of staff and instead of paying attention to the customer, she was busy having a discussion with another colleague about getting drunk during the weekend. The Company might sell good shoes value for money, but nothing is worth being treated like that by your staff. I would rather go somewhere and pay more for the shoes and receive good customer service. NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in that store!!!

extremely rude , terrible customer service especially who introdused herself as a manager(Jessey) when i asked for the receipt she refused me however it's nonrefundable item i would understand pherhaps explains politely , i will never ever go shop at Linzi again because of this rude girl !!!!!!!!!!! my advise do not buy from this shop
