Excellent River Island store! Clothes are well presented and the Customer Service is excellent. Clothes Quality was excellent and the store was clean and tidy!

Came to this branch on Monday 19th March around 3pm. Needed to return on my sisters behalf her clothes as she was not available to return the items due to her work commitments and luckily two days left to return the items. A female staff at the till refused to give me a refund, told me my sister needs to be present for her signature. Utter rubbish response from an inexperienced lady at the till! Have spoken to the manager and they also refused a refund and been told by the manager its to 'prevent fraud'. Came straight to Ilford branch after this which they refunded me on my sisters behalf with no problems! Totally agree with the other reviews on here. Beware of their staff at Westfield Stratford, they are all awful!

Super helpful staff and impeccable decoration which makes the store look friendly and exquisite and undescribably clothes.

Awful customer service, I went to return shoes, one day after I bought at a different store as it didnt' fit me, treated me awfully with 2 members of staff accusing me for wearing, because there is a mark on the sole. Wouldn't go back or try other riverisland stores, just the way they treat customers who have been loyal to the riverisland brand is bad. I got my refund, but they make you feel bad when you do nothing wrong. Maybe they should lift up every other shoe in their store and see there are marks on the sole. Had a really bad experience there. Don't buy anything there if you are unsure, if you try and return it they treat you horribly. Try other stores this branch customer service is like they treat you like you are scamming them what for a pair of shoes I bought one day ago?
