Queued up for a certain pair of trainers and Footlocker allowed people to queue jump.  Some people came out with 3/4 pairs by queue jumping while the ones that queued is a civilised way we're left with nothing.

Wholly Footlocker's fault.  No control or management of the queue. I spoke to Westfield Stratford asset management Manager.  He has footage of the debacle.  Waited in a short queue for 1:30 hours and left with nothing. If it was done fairly then no problem but this was totally not correct.

Went there and asked for a size 6 size - nobody did anything for about 10 minutes, so I asked again - and they did the same thing ignored me for another 5 minutes. Then a staff member asks what I wanted again at which time I told them to forget it. You'll have better luck in JD across the way. 

The staff are rude, walk around and will ignore you - don't expect much if you go there.
