The Gentleman with the Beard I believe his name was Mark! Was such a kind, caring, helpful person! Glasgow needs more men like mark if it did. Then I firmly believe it would be 10x the city! Its a stunning building with bland window display. Not much to say about inside the shop it lacks imagination when you consider the brand. Pity really do like Timberland just looks lost magic in this store. The window display seems to be more on the brand these days the store is looking better inside what difference 11 months makes. Plenty space to walk about the shop is clean tidy and staff friendly. The image was taken in Sept.
We went in to find my partner his next pair of Tims. Excellent service by Pi, she showed us where everything was as they had moved bits around and informed us about discounts we could be eligible for. Good selection of street trainers and classic boots ready for winter. Great service with minimal pressure to buy that day, I will certainly be back come Christmas!
Fabulous service today from the two young members of staff who were working. Nothing was too difficult for them and they definitely got a good work out finding varying sizes for my husband. Thank you!
They do not sell high quality shoes, be careful, they must be reported

The boots were delivered without any outer bag covering the shoe box so now the wife knows what her Christmas present will be thanks timberland
