I would describe the staff at the Buchanan Street store as diligent, friendly and fake. A week ago I bought a hoodie with slits on the back and loved it. Yesterday, 7 April, I wanted to buy a leather jacket in the store. They found me almost all the models in the right size. I am grateful to the staff for this. But their further actions made a bad impression. I tried on almost 10 models, and on 3 of them I found a manufacturing defect: the sleeve of one jacket was 1.5 cm wider than the other, and because of this, the zip on the left sleeve was visually shifted to the side. On the second jacket, an influx of excess leather on the lapel created a crease along the length of the lapel and it was not easy to fix, and on the third jacket, the side belts were stitched at different heights, more than 1 cm. And when I decided to cancel the purchase, the girl consultant told me that I had been trying on jackets for ages. So I had to explain that defects in 3 out of 10 models stopped me from buying. I don't need to be loved, but also don't need to be rude with me, even with a smile on their face. And I believe that 250-300 pounds is a price that is quite worthy of a product without defects and rough handling.
Just wanted to thank the two assistants who were on shift in the Buchanan St branch in Glasgow on Thurs 02/02/22. Nothing was too much trouble for them despite it being very close to closing time. They are an asset to the store. My jacket arrived today as arranged and I am very happy with the delivery and quality of the item.
Since really nice stuff but after you have bought your buyers jacket and nice t-shirt, then there isn't really much point going back as it is always pretty much the same
Bought some really nice clothes during the christmas sale during the holiday discount. I wasnt sure about fitting for one of the jackets so I asked one of the sales reps who was really helpful in choosing my size.
Super friendly staff!! Were attentive as needed and all the gals were extremely knowledgeable and helpful as I tried to find some new wardrobe pieces.

Very disappointed no repair service. Wife has lovely leather jacket which got torn. In this day companies need to be operating in a sustainable way which includes being able to repair their products. I would have been quite happy to pay for this service, but maybe All Saints will be happier if I goes to landfill and I buy another from them.
Fantastic building what I like most about this shop is the sewing machines in the windows. Been n the shop never really bought anything from it.
