I went here, just under a month ago. It was a Sunday, the staff in the shop were lovely and extremely helpful. I went in with the intention of buying a suit for my father's funeral. I ended coming out with a dress which I love and felt sophisticated and comfortable in. I wouldn't have looked at the dress if it hadn't been for the attention of the staff. I had a suit on which I thought I'd be comfortable in but with the help of the team tried on the dress, it was just right. Great customer service and I am sure I will shop there again

Had an awful experience in this store.  While i was in the changing room the curtain wouldn’t  close properly and some creepy guy was outside peering in.   I tried to close it more and I looked right at him but he didn’t look away.  I had to hold the curtain while get dressed at the same time then all of a sudden some female grabbed the curtain and pulled it open.  I don’t know if she was with the creepy guy or not.  There was no staff nobody apologised it was an absolute disgrace.  The staff couldn’t have cared less when I finally got dresses and was at the till.

Excellent friendly helpful service by lovely staff. I bought a beautiful jumper today. Amazing experience shopping in store today. Looking forward to next time I visit this shop.
