Great clothing fantastic prices large store always good choice ladies clothing. O yes. I like this place, but I do have one a usage for cleanliness though. It's dirty in the fitting rooms
Great clothing line up fabric quality is great sometimes the price can be steep but it makes it back up top with the style and variety in clothes.
Basement mens till is close for around 2 weeks now and men have to wait in the queue in the women section for long time and there is only 1 person at till and rest of them just hanging around the store and pretend to be busy, the head office has been contacted already.
I won't be shopping again, due to the hostility of some of the staff and unwelcoming attitude towards the people of colour.
unprofessional and lazy uninterested staff always busy on the mobiles and avoid eye-contact incase the customer ask them anything.
Was in store yesterday 8.7.2022 and the way the counter staff and manager spoke to the cleaner was appalling. After calling the cleaner to pick up the mess she had dropped she then refused to let her behind the desk and asking who does she think she is and doesn’t have the authority. She made the cleaner stand and reach for all the bags that were dropped from the other side of the till the three counter staff then went on to laugh and say “she’s lucky that’s all that was said to her” and “she should ask before coming near us” before laughing. Shocking and won’t be back when staff act like this!!!!!
The men till was closed again and had to queue for long upstairs, the staff was not friendly.
This store is an absolute joke. You have to queue for hours on 50 degrees. This is absolutely ridiculous. It has been over a year it is like that. Get more till and more staff. Its not complicated. Who on earth want to queue minimum 30 m each time to get one items ? Ridiculous!!!!
