SWOON. This place has won my heart. The clothes are beautiful. They were busy when I went but the service was ok.
There is Monsoon in the big shopping center called Silverburn Glasgow. It was worth to go there as I found also another famous shops and could spend money during the big New Year sale
I haven't been able to find great dresses this year. This, a bit disappointing.
I am writing to whom it may concern for a complaint and an explanation to why me and my sister were not treated as loyal customers in Monsoon store in Silverburn on 16/07/2016 around 5pm. I am very upset and angry of why 1 of the staff came to me  when i had items i was looking at in my hands and the staff said " can I take these from your hand" and just took the items from my hands without my answer. I told the staff that I am still looking at those items and asked if she wanted to take the rest of the items my sister had aswell and I was very angry and told the staff that " I work in retail aswell and you never approach a customer and take the items out their hands" and the staff replied " you should take the items from their hands aswell" . This is not the way for customer service by not informing the customer why the items are being taken from their hands. It seems the staff working in Silverburn Monsoon store are not happy with their jobs as they dont know how to deal with customers. I have always shopped from Monsoon at different locations but never have I recieved this type of poor rude service. I couldnt even buy the items I wanted because of that staff and then she ran away at the back of the store or somewhere leaving me all angry and upset. Other customers were looking aswell and my freind was scared of the staffs behaviour when she was getting served by the staff on the tills she couldnt calm me down or apolojise but once she had served us and when we were walking out the store she said in a angry tone that " have a wonder ful day" and the atmosphere felt very wrong and she never had no smile on her face Very rude customer service
Only monsoon staff in silverburn have a problem. On 16th March 2017. My brother went to monsoon to pick my order up and he came home. After a few hours when i was Free i looked at the order and IT WASNT mine. I called Monsoon who had no explanation. Who ever gave the order to my brother just looked at the surname. Where they should have looked at the order number and first name too. As my first name was different. I had to take a taxi and go to this monsoon store and gave the order back and get my order. The manager who is currently there called Nicola or Natalie something like that was very nice and apologised and gets a 5 star for handling the situation so well. Whilst the supervisor who is tall and has glasses has no smile on her face. She is so grumpy looking that she makes me scared. She didnt bother to smile but instead just bought my order to the till and just kept staring at me with her stern and grumpy non smiling look.
Like monsoon, nice clothes but expensive, unless they are in the sale
Average store. Not large range Staff just can't be bothered.
Lovely young lady served , and explained she was still training . She was extremely pleasant and helpfull. Credit to the company .
So disappointed was looking for a nice dress but sale was on and not any new stock
Great place for gifts , scarfs , jewellery and many other items to choose from ,they do ear piercing too
