The staff are truly amazing in this store! They helped me out with my online order since I didn’t know it could take up to 5 days for my bag to be ready for pickup. They were super kind and, seeing as I was going back to London before those five days were up, they cancelled the order for me and I was able to purchase my bag right then and there in store.
Its a great brand the staff in the shop just rude and unproffessional. would rather pop across to Frazers and buy same goods same price. Seems that the staff are little bit better at dealing with customers. upgrading it to 4. The store is clean, tidy, and displays are well done. Great range handbags on display if your out shopping with wife keep here away from this shop your wallet will take hammering. Good quality designer brand. pop in if your visiting in town.
Exceptional quality of service in the store today by a very pleasant young man and young lady. Very welcoming and eager to help. Fortunately for me, my daughter had phoned earlier and reserved a pair of shoes, as I'm not a shopper, but was put at ease with their professionalism and friendly nature. A real credit to the store
Some very expensive items. Quality products though. Staff perhaps need to get off thier high horse and remove that chip on their shoulder.
Love this shop and the staff, I always pop in when I'm in Glasgow. Today I contacted them about a problem with an online order which had been on-going for a month. Andrew kindly looked in to it and had it sorted in no time, very grateful!
After an initial issue at the store, the head office team, and the store manager were able to rectify the issues I was having with the store. Both the Store manager and District Manager could not have been more helpful in getting my issue resolved. A big thank you to them both.
I bought a jacket in Edinburgh at Michael Korse store 10 days ago. I came to Glasgow store to give that back as I changed my mind. The manager under the name Joshua was very willing to help me. He was very polite and very professional. Thank you so much Joshua.
AMANDA WAS AMAZING FOR ME TODAY! I got a coral MK bag and it was the best and first experience I’ve had at a MK shop x usually I go to tk maxx and I will be back again because of her! Sales staff dismissive on entry .I was taking back a pair of loafers I had to order as not kept in stock. POOR Customer Service, better served in Newcastle
