The girl who helped me on the 9th of May was a superstar! She recommended the size, style and colour I wanted perfectly. My size/length were not available in the shop she tried the other outlet too so the were posted out and arrived to my home 2 days later. They fit perfectly and I am so happy! They were a gift from my son's for a special birthday, so They mean a lot to me. I didn't catch her name but I hope Levi's can work it out and she gets some kind of recognition.
Came here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend so he could try on some jeans and know his fit. Got the absolute best service from Sophie, and she totally understood that we were just window shopping and getting Christmas ideas, never felt any pressure for a sale and had one of the best customer service experiences ever! Couldn’t recommend enough! It’s rare you can find a store that really focus on customer experience, so I will definitely be back when I have the funds for christmas shopping asap! Cannot praise Sophie enough!

A real positive customer experience. Took my daughter to Levi’s for Jeans. The staff were exceptional, they helped her with the correct sizing, length fit and style. My daughter is delighted as am I too. Thumbs up from me
Took my daughter to get some as she likes jeans but most cheaper brands fit badly. The staff are awesome, knowledgable & friendly and work hard to get you exactly what you need. The range of sizes/styles/fits is impressive and the quality is fantastic. Not cheap but you're literally paying for top quality product & service. My daughter left happy and that's what matters!
This was my first visit to this particular store and I was helped by Samantha today who was a huge help in assisting me and my wife in buying some jeans. Samantha has excellent people skills and a superb knowledge on styles, how to care. She made us both feel very well looked after and I shall definitely be back. Thank you Samantha, look forward to catching up next time.
Brilliant clothes.. Brilliant staff. was lucky seamstress was there & my denims got perfectly fitted because of her & helpful staff.
Happily give this place a strong rating. Girl cant recall her name that I spoke to promised to call me when a delivery came in, the following week phone call duly happened. 2 pairs of 504s set aside for me. Great service with a smile and a bit of chat..whats not to like !.
The person helping me was wonderful and really knew their stuff. I found a pair of trousers that fit and would work for me faster than anywhere else I've ever gone. Thank you.
Loved it,, it's my birthday on the 19th June,, so a treated myself to new jeans and my surprise was a size 12,, from which a was previously a 16,, it was an excellent feeling,, and the staff were brilliant very helpful and a was chuffed with my jeans
