I recently purchased a new motorcycle jacket from Anna. Anna was really lovely and her professionalism and attention to detail was first class. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and Anna to you all. Bellstaff is expensive gear but the quality is evident. Highly recommended

Really nice staff very helpful and intuitive they know there products. If anything lets the brand down is there prices just because a exfootballer wore one that was  it the prices shot up, dont get me wrong the quality is there but I dont like paying a premium for a jacked that was much much cheaper 10 years ago. But in saying all that I love Belstaff jackets as a biker you cant beat them hence they still get 5 stars.

I had a first class customer experience during the purchase of my Belstaff leather jacket. It's been a pleasure dealing with Louie and especially Natalie, who knows a great deal of the tradition and history of the Belstaff brand.

Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I went in looking for the Long Way Up field jacket and the whole team put in a lot of effort to find what I was looking for and made sure I had the perfect size. Bravo Glasgow Team and thank you for a great shopping experience!

I've purchased some lovely t shirts from here. yes a we bit expensive typical price for a t shirts sixty pounds  but they are really great quality. the old saying you get what you pay for.

Really impressed with the shop, the choices and sizes they had available in store but most of all by the really helpful staff. Took their time explaining all the various options, no sales pressure and decent guys. Love my jacket

A big thank you to Scott and the team from the Belstaff Flagship store on Ingram Street, Glasgow. They could not have been more accommodating during my/our many visits! Especially on the most recent occasion in which my wife and I were keen to try specific items which were different to the sizes on show. They were only too obliging to source the correct sizes and have them ready for us to try. We spent a good bit of time in this store in which there were other people and it appeared as though somehow everyone was catered for as if we/they were the only persons in the store! Excellent customer service and to top it all off, we recently received an email from Scott, the manager, thanking us for our visit.... Very nice touch. So thank you to all the staff at the flagship store in Glasgow, we will definitely be back again soon.

Overall this store lacks basic customer service and selection. Staff won’t look at you if you don’t fit the typical description. I own many jackets and items from Belstaff & I find myself preferring to take the risk and order online or visit the London store which is miles ahead of here. This is a real shame I asked about waterproof jacket and was advised it was, further research online shows it’s not. Like it’s just not worth the hassle of visiting. Happy to walk by it. Found my self even visiting Frasers who do have a considerably smaller selection. Is what it is. This occasion I decided to pass.

Their clothes are made for small, built people .

Disappointed in my visit. Staff not very helpful.  Felt like a hassle when asking for sizes or colours. Told to move out the way when another customer was buying more even though we were purchasing. Not what I was expecting from a high priced store. The old store in Princess Square was much better.
