A very 'designer shop' but still with loads of great stuff. Staff were wonderful,  I even managed to blag a bargain  ¡¡!!  .... yup, there are a plethora of great "fashion" shops in Glasgow,  and I'm adding this one to my list.  Photos ?? Nope, you're certainly not seeing me in the changing room

I shop in COS in Princess Square three or four times a year. They're great for staples, scarves & the odd jumper. Staff always pleasant & helpful.....

Nice store, really well made stuff, not overpriced, first time I've been in, will be back.  Good selection of everything, was impressed and surprised I hasn't heard of it before

Going to say the same thing about every COS store. Great design and layout of the shop, welcoming staff and helpful too. The clothes are much more expensive than its parent company H&M, however, what you get is better made clothes that last longer with a clean, minimalist design. Overall, this is my favourite shop in Glasgow hands down. If only you could give Edinburgh a good minimalist clothes store.

BOUGHT A TOP ONLINE AS IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN GLASGOW STORE ALTHOUGH NOT AN ONLINE EXCLUSIVE. TOP ARRIVED AND THE FOLLOWING DAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SHOWING IT REDUCED BY £18...EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICES TO ASK IF I COULD HAVE THE DIFFERENCE REFUNDED AS THIS HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN THE CASE WITH BOTH JOHN LEWIS AND HOUSE OF FRASER BUT CUSTOMER SERVICES EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. I WOULD SHOP IN COS ON A FORTNIGHTLY BASIS USUALLY SPENDING AROUND £200 BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE, I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!! I WILL TAKE MY MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE WHERE I AM APPRECIATED AS A VALUED AND LOYAL CUSTOMER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS THEY DO NOT VALUE LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!
