Food good rooms need updating friendly staff bus stop outside hotel

Online photos and discriptions are not what awaits you when u arrive, hotel smells throughout , staff are none existent. Rooms are dirty and dated. Luckily we were only booked for one night , one night is still one night to long at this hotel. Do yourselfs a favour and stay away .

Dirty, Damp Hotel. Beds not clean staff are useless and management don`t exist find somewhere else to stay

Rooms ok had problems at first. No tv working, handle fallen off wardrobe, no problem was fixed but two nice guys. Artist was brilliant , but drinks package a rip off, will go elsewhere rest of week ,certain drinks 99p yes 99p for half but don’t give any information only for 3hrs bar near restaurant opens 5pm tea at 5.30pm ,offer finishes 8pm. The main bar doesn’t open till 7pm, wouldn't return as main bar very cold Tues and Thurs bingo nights we would have preferred an artist . Rooms not cleaned every day . Tea/coffee replenished daily top cover just thrown back on bed.
