My Wife was given a set of Tiffany Earrings for her 60th Birthday and they developed a fault. I rang up the Company, spoke to Harriet, who advised of the procedure to return them. They were sent on the Wednesday, Harriet rang me on the Thursday to advise me that they were being replaced and they were returned on the Saturday with a complimentary bottle of Perfume and a hand written note. Now, that is what you call first class service. Many thanks to Harriet. Regards Andrew Baldock from Matlock.

Would like to say a big thank you to Harriet who works at the Manchester store. She was very helpful and was very professional the way she handled the situation regarding a chain my partner bought for my 50th birthday. I had lost the infinity cross that was on the chain. With her help costumer service's replaced it for me. Big thankyou I was delighted with the outcome.

I lived in they treat u very nice it's an experience to own a piece of tiffany I very pleased. Hope u can get some thing esle soon
