Excellent service from Connor who found the exact items we wanted to buy. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  Apparently it was his 2nd day on the job. He needs lots of praise and recognition.

Visited arndale store today for my children to spend their Christmas money. Great products, disgusting manager!! Upon leaving my daughters boot lace had come undone so at the bottom of the stairs I bent down to tie it up. As I did so a loud voice from upstairs 'can you clear the way' there was noone there bit the manager stood at the top of the stairs. I explained I was just tying my girls boot to which he shouted 'just go! ' disgusting way to treat your paying customers!! Will not be visiting again and if it hadn't of been my child that spent their money I would of returned everything purchased on that visit. Dont know who the manager thinks he is but very rude indeed!!

absolute joke ! never ordering from here again i don’t even know why i did in the first place, the shop should be out of business by now :D a delivery online and it said 2-3 working days it’s been 3 days and still says the order is being processed there is no company for us to speak to the store itself and the switch board has nothing to do with the actual online company side .. the customer service number doesn’t work and anyone i’ve managed to speak to has said they cannot help with an online order and to ring a number that doesn’t even work
