Attitude and friendliness of staff is not too bad overall but I was made to buy an album a second time after they realised I didn't buy it from their store, which I had to do because I wanted to go upstairs to meet a band. I'm a bit let down as this was my go to place for certain electronics but they've given themselves a bad name recently

Horrible experience, never would go to that particular HMV store ever again (It has put me off HMV stores in general). There was clusters of CD's everywhere all stacked up where the customers walk in each aisle. I actually kicked some by accident (because they were stacked everywhere but where they should be and also the place was packed with people) and got told to leave immediately, as if it was my fault. This just shows that the workers are very lazy and ignorant. I am putting a blame on a particular worker (i never saw his name tag because when he abbruptly blamed me it was unexpected) he was wearing glasses, tall frame, and had a beard. To sum this up, lazy and arrogant staff

It's a big media store. Not bad reggae section though.

Good range of items, games, gaming machines, clothing and more and the staff are very helpful. Only problem is that some things can be quite pricey.
