Lovely Gucci shop with a nice selection. We come from Dubai and had a couple of queries regarding the shopping area, merchandise, and the vat refund system. The Persian staff member was very patient, professional, and helpful to us. I hope her superiors/managers read this post to cascade our thanks and appreciation for the service.

They made me prepaid for items and made me wait for over three months. They said the items were already sold out, when I contacted them not even said SORRY. They were even bothered to inform me at all. If I hadn’t rung them, they would’ve stolen my £2000!! And We had to go back to the store again last week, One of the staff looked so bored but we had to make an effort to ger her attention. She was extremely stuck up and looked so pissed off for no reasons maybe she had a bad day.. but it doesn’t mean she can take it on us and we are nothing to do with it... super unprofessional!! and clearly she was not interested in serving us, then suddenly she ran off smiling never smiled at us at all to other customers who were white and flashy. They are just shop assistants but they think they own the place. I’d rather buy online but their online is another sham. They should be closed down.
I was looking for one hand bag in the shop, but they don't have it in red. The staff and the manager told me that it's quicker to order in the shop than online because they got 6 complains online. They confirmed that I can 100% sure get the bag three days before I leave at least. I will go back to my country However, i called them 3 times the first two times without call back at all before they responded that I cannot get it before I leave my apartment. I was told to go to Manchester to collect it instead. I cannot understand why I paid the delivery fee and the bag. Please think twice before you pay.

Not great customer service for a product repair, compared to other high designers they would replace the item without any questions- whereas gucci send it for “repair” which is not even done properly. Doubt i be buying more items from gucci if this is the service
a 17 year old rapper named "little pump" told me to go to a gucci store to join the "gucci gang". Upon my arrival an unkind woman named Sharren asked me if i am old enough to make large purchases and she let out a chuckle, and i thought to myself, CLEARLY I AM OLD ENOUGH. IT WAS MY 13TH BIRTHDAY JUST A MONTH AGO AND SHE BELIEVES THAT IT IS APROPRIET TO ASK ME ABOUT MY FINANCIAL DECISIONS. I WANT THIS WOMAN FIRED IMMINENTLY. Steve was nice though.
World class customer service and very helpful staff.. highly recommended to visit and purchase from here.
