Really poor service at O2 Manchester Arndale today. Item priced up at £12.99, got to the till to be told its nearly double that price. Refused to honor this even though its been there for at least 3 days. Quick enough to take £266 off me for an upgrade though. Poor service from O2. 3 contracts with you, that will be down to zero when they are up. Poor staff who don't appear to care

I went to collect my mums upgrade as she can’t. I was instantly turned away as I didn’t bring any form of identification for her as she does not own any. I had everything else, I have collected a order for a friend from this exact store before and I only needed to show my ID and the confirmation code they didn’t even bother asking for my mates ID. My mum is unable to physically get to a store to cancel the order and arrange it for delivery so we have no choice but to wait 7 days for auto cancellation.
The worst service I have ever received. Ordered an iPhone 14 pro max and they said it would be two weeks. I received a text 4 days later saying it had arrived and that I had 7 days to pick it up. I rang the shop 24 times that day to check if I could come pick it up as it was the only day I could go back to Manchester. When I arrived the man at the front said they didn't have any availability and when I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager with a smirk on his face. I told him I tried to call many times and he shrugged his shoulders and said they were busy and that there's nothing he can do worst manager I have ever come across. I now cant go to Manchester again which means I cant get the phone I ordered and wont get my deposit back. DO NOT GO TO THIS O2 STORE WASTE OF TIME
I was screw up by Sky about the broadband! I need to wait for half a month for the installation. But thanks to Linda, she efficiently helped me find the best deal and find the best time to get the broadband. Thanks to her, I don’t need to live in the hell without Wi-Fi. Good shop! Nice stuff. Really recommend

I have been coming to this shop for years, been so disappointed with their services most recently. They are low on staff, some of them are rude and useless. The wait is too long. I believe they don’t understand that they are certain things that can be quickly priorities than letting customers wait for hours. For example, once I only wanted to get an iPhone cable charger. Which would have been a quick purchase. I had to wait 1 hour because the two staff that was “available” were dealing with other customers in regards to their accounts. I worked in retail myself, and we were trained to never let a customer wait if they already know what they wanted to purchase. On multiple occasions, I had to use their phone line from their shop, the line is always SO BAD. I can barely hear what the operator is saying, with already a poor connection and with the noise of a busy shop it makes it worse. Because of this, they will end up HANGING UP ON YOU. Which staff would acknowledge they do and don’t offer to help nor apologise. Let’s not forget that phone they let client use, is always so greasy and in bad condition This store has poor and rude customer service; low on staff and REALLY do need to provide a better phone with a good line for their shop! Like that is ridiculous, your a phone shop getting a new phone for the shop shouldn’t be hard?! Please wipe the dam thing down when given to clients, that is really gross. Hygiene is important. I really miss the old staff they were 10 times better and more caring of their clients. Whoever is training these new people needs to go.
I had a great experience at this shop. I was assisted with this amazing lady named Christabel. She was very knowledgeable about the products, smart, kind, friendly and helped me set up everything on my purchase. It can get really busy mid day but the staff are all doing their best to assist all the customers.
