Had an alteration done here which was really good, other than one leg being longer than the other and too much being taken off. So a trip to the store should sort it out, yes ? Well no. “Not our problem” was the response in a nutshell. “We don’t accept returns once they’ve been altered”. “What ! Even if you’ve made a complete mess of them ?” “No. “ So a £50 pair of jeans (or shorts, it’s now hard to tell) down the toilet. So the next time you mess up at work, try to blame ANYBODY else and when you can’t, just do nothing - works for Levi’s Manchester !

Mark and Sam are a huge asset to this Levi's store. With quite a tricky return/exchange to negotiate , they LISTENED and worked out the best possible solution ( lost receipt ) I thank them for their patience and lovely manner . Delightful young men , a credit to themselves , and to the Levi's store . Lou
