I absolutely adore shopping here. I can't think of a single staff member I haven't had a positive interaction with. I'd like to especially shout out Kris, Katie and Charlotte on the Jo Malone counter for their continued excellent service. I've shopped with them a few times now and each time has been better than the last. Their attitudes and customer service are unparalleled. Whatever they're being paid simply isn't enough!
I was in the fragrance department today and I was approached by Bayley. She was so accommodating and gave the best recommendations! She was very knowledgable When I’m ready for my next fragrance I will definitely be back to see her. A credit to Selfridges!! Thanks Bayley xx
Liv who worked on the SKIMS desk was so helpful! She explained the differences in the product line and was patient when we requested different sizes, colours and shapes in the fitting room. She’s a great asset to the team and we wouldn’t have made the purchases without her help.
Ideal place if you are hunting for new perfumes. I've got bored of my XerJoff and found here my new fragrance. Not one but two. I'm really happy with the service which I got at Dior. Great recommendations for myself and gift for him. Another great purchase. With every visit, this place do not disappoint. Added to our collection great Fragrances and cosmetics.
Very exquisite shop... all high end fashion/ brand shops. Extremely clean. For people with expensive taste. Went in for a mark Jacobs bag and was pleasantly surprised . It wasn't as dear as I thought it was goin to be.. many stores to choose from and a cafe in side for light refreshments
