Selfridges Manchester Exchange Square is relatively compact, but it still carries the distinctive Selfridges identity.nnThe familiar diamond-patterned façade gives the building a strong presence, while inside there is the usual mix of fashion, design and carefully curated displays. I particularly liked the integration of artworks and unexpected visual pieces throughout the store. These small interventions give the shopping experience some of the character Selfridges is known for.nnA pleasant stop in central Manchester, especially if you appreciate retail design as much as the shopping itself.
Had to spend a long time looking at the shoes before I was offered any help, which seemed more like a go away than a do you need help, however once they realised I was a genuine customer the customer service was excellent, the staff helped me pick between 3 pairs of golden goose I was stuck on and were able to answer any questions I had. I can also appreciate that they probably get a lot of people who are just window shopping and would much rather be left alone and it might’ve looked like I was just loitering
Loved the GranCafé on the fragrances floor. Although I found the tea choices very limited...Should be a wider selection
Rachel at Chanel in the beauty department was absolutely fantastic! We were greeted so warmly and she was so helpful, made my mother’s day. We will definitely return again!
REFY CARINA 5 STARS …. I’m a Londoner visiting Manchester and stopped by Selfridges to pick up some new makeup. I’d been wanting to try Refy for a while, and I’m so glad I did.nnFrom the moment I approached the counter, Carina was absolutely lovely. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, colour-matched me perfectly, and ended up doing a full face using Refy products. It was such a great experience that I went on to purchase four items, which I’m so excited to use.nnWhat really stood out was how personable she was never pushy, just genuinely helpful. Her authentic enthusiasm and love for the brand really shone through, which made the whole experience even better.nnI also stopped by Matcha Kyoto, which was incredible I had two in one day! I only wish there was a branch in London.nnPlease make sure the staff at both counters know how valued they are they truly made my visit special.nnNicole x
