Love the level of detail lego put into all the displays, the themes are fantastic. Loved the addition of the dots. We paid for the workshop. It was really lovely, the guy taking the mini class was so helpful throughout each stage. Highly recommend the workshop and the kids get to keep that lego make at the end. The staff on the ride and in the cafe were also very helpful and friendly. Can't wait to visit again soon.
I've always loved Lego ever since I was a kid, my kids played with Lego too, and I always make a visit to the Lego store to see what new products are on display. This store has some really great models on display, an area for kids to make things, some 'build your own character' stations and a pick and mix wall to pick up any of those important blocks that have gone missing Will definitely be calling again
It’s a Lego Store so of course I love it. Full of Lego you can’t get elsewhere. Friendly and very helpful staff. Cheerful about working there. I mean honestly who wouldn’t if you love Lego and you’re surrounded by Lego. I wish I could visit more often as there is always something new to see and buy whenever I go in. I never leave empty handed.
My first experience in an official LEGO store and I was very pleased. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable but also leave you alone to browse at your own leisure. Which was great for me being a little antisocial. Great selection on the pab wall and plenty of stock

Fantastic store with brilliant staff! Achieved by the consistent hardwork of the employees LEGO Arndale never fails to upkeep a jubilant atmosphere as customers of quite literally all ages and genders excitedly hurray around browsing stacked shelves bearing a huge selection of offerings - not forgetting beautiful displays of prebuilt sets and the infamous Pick-A-Brick at the back of the store. A must visit everytime, and an exciting and pleasant experience guaranteed.
Great store for kids or adults, has a wide selection of lego sets available. Plus, inside it has interactive build stations too get your logo geek on!!

Nice pick a brick wall! Staff could be friendlier, and more helpful! I have been in other Lego shops and the staff was a lot more on the ball!
What a beautiful place… Can spend hours looking at those pieces of art… i was lost in my childhood memories and how I used to play with my elder brother. On my bday a lego box was the most welcomed gift. It was much simpler back in those days and we didn’t had that much choice. Looking at them now makes feel wow! Wish was a kid again and could play with it again…. The shop is v tidy and has some nice master pieces too. I couldn’t understand the make the lego box alive counter. Tried but didn’t work so not sure how to do it. Perhaps would ask a staff next time.
