Emma who works in the Style & Fit lounge is more than amazing. She has puts lots of time and effort into choosing me several outfits for my holiday to Spain. Nothing is too much trouble to her. I now see her as a friend even though I had never met her before. I've booked in with her several times. Trust her opinion implicitly.

I popped into Marks and Spencer Cafe at the Manchester Arndale. It was very busy but I had a Baked Tuna Jacket potato with sweet corn and Salad accompanied with Sauce. You are given an electronic device to put on you table. This enables staff to locate you quickly and serve you your meal if you order a meal that needs to be prepared.

excellent lay out of the store... amazing staff friendly and helpful. food way above your regular supermarket.. lovely cafe with freshly made goods

The food section is incredible. I don't shop here often as I find the food a little pricey but it's so worth it compared to other big brand food shops. I was also served by a young guy on the self serve check outs and he was super helpful. Didn't catch his name but all the staff looked so happy and like they actually enjoy their job.

The best flat white in town. It does get busy but the view from the gallery is worth the wait. The quality of the coffee is strongly dependent on who the barista working on the day is. Sometimes I have received below average coffee, but that is quite rare.
