Staff are always lovely to talk to and are very pleasant. Nurses focus on easing the patient and offer great care. A lovely service that I thank them for because I have anxieties. They offer great support and always answer their phones, are great with contact detail updates and appointment times are right on time or even earlier than expected. If I arrive ten minutes before my appointment time, I am normally seen either right on the dot or before the given time of appointment. Staff have always been friendly to me and it's really a great service. Has put me at a lot of ease.
I had an appointment booked and was late 10 minutes due to traffic. My route was 40 minutes. The receptionist michele russell an absolutely horrible and rude person said that the appointment is lost , there is nothing that can be done, there is no one available and so on. Zero helpful and rude person. In past people have made complaints about her not sure why nothing has been done. If you dont like your job then dont do it . There are many people who will happily do and be helpful to patients as well. Disgusting service . Should be asked to leave the job or retained. Please dont be under the impression that i have left this negative review to Michele because she could not do anything for or because i am angry. I am absolutely not .Reading the previous comments left for michele it confirms my views about her. Extremely horrible person and rude. Went in and she shouted on top of her voice that only one person can be in , there is no notice or nothing stating that before entering the building. Saw my constant and they were shocked to hear that i was not seen because i was 10 minutes late , in past i have been on time with hospital appointments and was made to wait more than 20 minutes, i never complained. I feel Michele is judgmental and loves to belittle people in her rubbish small job. Unfortunately she is nothing out of that job. I feel sorry for people like these wonder how sad her life must be to be so horrible. Extremely poor service on professional level. Please do something about it . U have got only 2.4 star.
Came here for an implant, was in and out very quickly and the staff were all lovely.
The worst clinic i ever been in. Keept me on the phone for 1 hour just to tell me thet they don't have appointments available. Staff is very rough,not friendly at all.
Please avoid this terrible place. You are supposed to arrive half hour early to get a place for the walk in. I arrived 45 mins early and couldn’t get in. They only had 6 slots for a two hour window. What a waste of time and money getting here! The receptionists don’t give a damn and are unprofessional. Definitely need to rethink their services here. Should not advertise a walk in with so little slots. Mouthy patient in the queue dictated who went first in the queue to the receptionist hence not getting a slot. Seriously travel 10 miles further and get some decent care. Absolute joke! No wonder so many people get stis and teenage pregnancies in this area!!
I went here last year 2018 to have my implant changed. All was ok with that, they asked me to do a few tests, like bloods, swabs etc saying I would receive the results by text message. And they always make sure results are sent. Well it's been at least 7 months now, no results received. I rang to be told by reception that no one was there qualified to give me results on the phone. I asked if she could leave a message to prompt my results being sent. Was told to ring back tomorrow. Well noone answered. So i gave up. Never got the results. After being told results were always sent with out fail....well....im afraid not
Appalling. Arrived 4.45 after leaving work early to be told the clinic closes at 4pm and they tidying up now ready to go home at 5pm. Doesn't say anywhere on the website last appointment at 4pm. Greeted by two young girls who need to learn customer service etiquette! Absolutely fuming best get the website updated not just the hand out leaflet they gave me
First of all, you need to get here 'HALF AN HOUR BEFORE OPENING TIMES' - so 8.30am mornings and 1.30pm afternoons if want to make sure you you get seen, otherwise, you may be sent away, as I was the first time I came, as they were full with patients in the waiting area by the time I got there. The second time I was the first to fill in a registration form and to be seen! I came at 8.30am, was seen at 9am thats when the clinic starts, done by 9.20am. My nurse was FEMALE, thank God, called Gornya, or something like that, English, and was lovely - pleasant, kind, polite, patient and gentle with me. My overall experience was good, the clinic is literally across the road from the Manor Hospital, easy access via public transport, its clean, nice staff who work hard and long hours. I gave 4 stars because I should have been informed when I rang to come half an hour before the doors open so that I didn't have a wasted journey, also because men and women are seated in the same waiting area as its a sexual health clinic not just a family planning clinic, and I felt a little uncomfortable. Definitely would recommend you go here guys, its all good! And you get tested for STD's too, if don't mind, and as a safety precaution.
Never able to make appointments no matter what time. Reception staff seem to have a slack approach to their job, and best to arrive when they open as the walk in clinic can reach capacity after only 15 mins.
Colin & Sam bring the sexual health clinic to my club, top class professional. They put everyone at ease and go above and beyond.....cant thank them enough, however the women that answer the phones and deal with appointments are useless and lack understanding. Sort it out someone!!!
