Had to call this practice for my 90year old mom on Thurs 21 5 26.nI would just like to thank the receptionist on all saints desk for speaking to doctor and then calling me back to ask if I could get mom up there. So organised.nDon't know the ladies name .but thankyou so much for what you did. Drs surgeries need more people like you.nYou were so kind . Visited this centre today and was appalled!nThe centre was scruffy dirty and untidy!nDirection to anywhere was misleading or non existent!nSignage was out of date!nNo receptionist?nToilet was dirty unsanitary and had no toilet paper!nReviewed here as nowhere on the centres website for complaints.
My wife has no doctor she used to have a doctor at practice but he has left or is doing other things in the practice dr ahmed , this has left my wife, in danger with her health due to multiple anomalies, with blood tests etc, not having her own GP its a lottery who may get test results, which are very important to her health at moment, the attitude of the practice as a whole is whoefull, luckily due to incompetence, we have gone into debt to pay for private doctor anywhere, and after a consultation with an actual doctor online, with the blood test results available on NHS, advised immediate action was taken by this practice.. pinfold health centre, to make my wife's life manageable again, it is not acceptable the way you treat certain patients, that for some strange reason who have not got a reliable go-to doctor
Absolutely poor, service. Send e-consult with full information including diagnosis for acute injury, expected to wait 4 weeks for treatment that was made very simple. Supposedly signed up to armed forces covenant, however have no clue on treatment of veterans that have issues from their service. Would not recommend at all. Even with strains on NHS services still way behind the curve on patient care.
I found the doctors don’t share information with each other, and seem to have competition to out do each other. A very unprofessional surgery. The reception staff are great . My opinion choose another surgery.
